The new SMA-260 for aseptic packaging, targets of CFU reduction LOG
6 are achieved by means of a peroxide vaporisation method.
Where up to date the only solution was hot-packaging or sterilisation
after filling, with this machine, the pre-sterilised product is packed
in sterile conditions in a sterilised material, thus obtaining the
maximum shelf life of the product.
The aseptic machine is required for PH neutral products that are kept
under ambient conditions for a long period maximizing shelf life stability.
