Machine (Extended Shelf Life)
Suitable for extending the shelf life of Acid and PH neutral products
that are kept under chilled conditions (cold chain distribution).
The machine and the external mechanisms are designed without dead corners
and with self-draining surfaces to assure maximum cleanness standards.
There are no components on the upper part of the pouch that could contaminate
the package throughout the process. Mechanical parts are fully protected
and electrical components insulated for cleaning with water and disinfectants.
The packaging material is decontaminated by means of H2O2 (vaporized)
which gives a higher level of decontamination resulting longer shelf
life, thus stable products.
