The pre-sterilized product will be packed under sterile conditions
in a sterilized packaging material, achieving the maximum shelf life
stability of the product.
We developed an aseptic concept which is based on the principle to
decontaminate the formed packaging (pouch) by a vaporised H2O2 solution
in and outside. By sterilizing the formed pouch we limit the aseptic
area to a minimum; the smaller, the better it's to control.
The sanitation and sterilisation of the dosing system and aseptic chamber
takes place fully automatically.
Aseptic equipment is required for PH neutral products that are kept
under ambient conditions for a longer period.
