ESL
Machine (Extended Shelf Life)
This machine has the same hygienic characteristics as the Ultra Clean
machine, but achieving the decontamination of the packaging material
by means of H2O2, which gives a higher level of decontamination resulting
longer shelf life, thus stable products.
ESL level equipment is mainly used for extending shelf life of acid
and PH neutral products that are kept under chilled conditions (chilled
distribution).
