Nowadays, consumers claim for fresh and healthy products that can be easily prepared and do not contain preservation aids.

Modern preservation methods are based on contamination control (hygiene) and inhibition of bacterial growth by combination of mild heating (pasteurisation), protection from environment (clean, ultra-clean or aseptic packaging) and chilled storage in the complete food chain.

We developed equipment based on hygienic design with the capability to be washed down by cleaning agents. Besides, our machines offer the possibility of decontaminating the packaging material from undesired micro-organisms through either UV-C light, which has a maximum reduction of colonies forming units (CFU) of LOG 3, or a decontamination method with H2O2 (vaporised) in which our targets are a reduction of CFU LOG 6 for the stronger organisms.

Three levels of hygienic designed machines are available:

       Ultra Clean
ESL
Aseptic
